Rubber Plug for holes in body. Also used on the thermostat flaps on both type 4 and upright engines. The Bay Bus parts books calls these a "Paint Drain Plug", and there are several of them in the floor near the rockers. These plugs are the smaller size, grey in colour. For closing an 8mm hole. Genuine.
