We have a small supply of original Type I bellows type thermostats. These 043 part number thermostats were used in fuel injected beetles from 75-79 and are the closest thing you can get to an original Type 4 thermostat in terms of specifications.
This thermostat can be used in a type IV (pancake) engine with a simple modification. Genuine OE.
